Tokyo Bay Afternoon Cruise with Tea Time

An hour on the water in the middle of the afternoon, with the waterfront going past the windows and tea and something sweet in front of you. It is an unhurried way to see the parts of Tokyo that face the bay.

The boat runs past the city’s signature sights from the angle most visitors never get: the Rainbow Bridge overhead, Tokyo Tower inland behind the buildings, and the Skytree standing over everything to the north-east. Seen from the bay the skyline arranges itself into something you can actually take in.

Afternoon light does the rest. The same route feels quite different at three o’clock than it does at midday.

There are three sets to choose between: cakes, sandwiches, or simply tea and coffee if you would rather not eat. Hot coffee comes with all of them. You choose when you book.
