Warner Bros. World sits entirely indoors, which in Abu Dhabi is the point rather than a detail. You cross between Gotham City, Metropolis, Cartoon Junction, Bedrock, Dynamite Gulch and the plaza at the centre without stepping into the sun once, and the transitions are handled well — light, music and shopfronts change completely as you move from one to the next.
Expect dark rides and motion simulators. There is no room for a drop tower under a ceiling, so the strongest attractions lean on projection and movement instead of height. The Batman and Justice League rides are the ones adults tend to talk about afterwards, while Cartoon Junction and Bedrock are pitched squarely at younger children.
Arriving at opening is worth the early alarm. The first ninety minutes are noticeably calmer, and the queues build from late morning onwards, especially at weekends. Most people run out of energy before they run out of park, so if you have small children, plan a proper sit-down break somewhere quiet in the middle rather than pushing straight through.
It is an easy drive from either Abu Dhabi or Dubai, and Yas Island puts it within a few minutes of the other parks if you are stringing several days together.

The practical detail, and the answers people actually ask for.
Yes, every land and every ride sits under the same roof. There is no outdoor section and no water attraction anywhere in it.
Most take the better part of a day. Arriving at opening buys you the quietest stretch before the queues thicken.
Plenty. Cartoon Junction and Bedrock are given over to gentler attractions pitched at toddler and early-school age.
No, nothing from outside comes through the gate. Dining outlets are spread across the themed areas inside.
The building is step-free and lifts connect the levels. What varies is the rides, each posting its own boarding rules at the entrance.
