General policy and force majeure

If the tour or any part thereof cannot be conducted due to Force Majeure or Vis Majeure, TripClub shall not be responsible to give any refund to you.

However, at its sole discretion, TripClub gives the refund based on various factors such as the number of participants and the cancellation policies of suppliers like hoteliers and coach operators. The decision of TripClub on the quantum of refund shall be final.

It is clearly understood that there shall be no refund whatsoever if the Client does not or cannot utilise any of the services — hotels, sightseeing, rides, cruises, meals, entrance fees, optional tours and the like — due to any reason whatsoever.

Conditions of travel

These conditions apply to every booking and form part of the contract between you and TripClub.

  1. The client will have to strictly follow the Tour Program. There shall be no refund if the client fails to join the group at the commencement of the tour, joins late, or leaves early. It is the client’s responsibility to reach the designated place, date, and time.
  2. If a client is compelled to discontinue the tour due to any reason (illness, death, loss of documents), no claim shall be entertained for unutilized services. Loss of baggage or documents resulting in inability to join will be treated as “no show” with 100% cancellation charges.
  3. If a client avails pre-tour services or air tickets but fails to join the main tour, or cancels after using part of the services, it shall be treated as “no show” and there will be no refund for unutilized services.
  4. TripClub reserves the right to withdraw tour membership of any client whose behaviour is deemed likely to affect the smooth operation of the tour or safety of other passengers.
  5. Immunities provided under this contract extend to TripClub’s employees, directors, and agents, but not independent contractors.
  6. Liability of TripClub arising from this contract regarding any tour or holiday facility shall not exceed the total amount paid for the tour, and shall not include any consequential loss or additional expense.
  7. It is a condition of Booking that the client takes out Holiday Insurance. Clients may procure optional travel insurance at their own cost.
  8. Prices are calculated at the time of publishing. TripClub reserves the right to amend prices due to fuel costs, high season charges, or airline/rail hikes. Clients must pay such increases in full before departure.
  9. Any suit/action must be brought against TripClub within 7 days of the last day of the tour, otherwise TripClub is discharged from all liabilities.
  10. TripClub reserves the right to withdraw any discount or benefit scheme at any time unless a specific assurance to the contrary is published.
