It depends on your nationality: * **Visa-Free Entry**: Citizens of **the US, Canada, UK, EU, Australia, Japan, South Korea, and many Latin American countries** can visit **without a visa for up to 180 days**. * **Visa Required**: Nationals of **India, China, Pakistan, Nigeria, and some other countries** need a **Mexican visa** before traveling. * **Visa Exemption for Certain Travelers**: If you **hold a valid visa for the US, Canada, UK, Schengen Area, or Japan**, you **do not need a separate Mexico visa**. ####

* **Tourist & Business Visas**: **2–10 working days**. * **Temporary & Permanent Resident Visas**: **Up to 1 month**.
* **Tourist visas cannot be extended**—you must leave and re-enter Mexico. * **Temporary Resident Visas can be renewed** annually.
