Welcome to TripClub. Please read these terms carefully before using our services.
Welcome to tripclub.com ("Website") and the 'TripClub' android and iOS app (collectively, “App”). The domain name of the Website and the App is owned by TripClub Private Limited (“we/ us/ our/ TripClub”), a company incorporated under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956.
The customer’s (“you/ your/ traveller”) use of the Website, App, services and tools are governed by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Use"). If you transact on the Website or App, you shall be subject to the policies that are applicable. Your use of this Website and App constitutes your binding obligation and agreement to all such terms.
Limitation on Content Usage
Your use of any information or materials on this Website and App is entirely at your own risk, for which TripClub shall not undertake any liability.
You are restricted from modifying, copying, distributing, transmitting, displaying, performing, reproducing, publishing, licensing, creating derivative works from, transferring, or selling any information obtained from this Website or App.
Unauthorised use of the Website or App may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.
Limitation of Liability
TripClub merely provides a technology platform. The ultimate liability rests on the respective Travel Agent and/or Service Provider.
Passport Guidelines
- Validity of passports should be at least 6 months from date of return.
- Hand written passports will not be considered valid.
- Passports must have a barcode and should not be mutilated.
- Name on passport should match with name on other visa documents.
COVID-19 & Health Regulations
The Customer agrees that due to pandemics like COVID-19, service providers may refuse services if the customer exhibits symptoms or refuses to comply with safety advisories.
TripClub will assume no liability for refusal of service by the end service provider. Refunds are strictly subject to the terms of the service provider.
Force Majeure
TripClub is not liable for failure to perform obligations due to acts of God, war, strikes, epidemics, or other causes beyond reasonable control.
Transaction Privity
TripClub is a platform connecting you with agents. The contract for sale of services is strictly bipartite between you and the travel agent.
