• ✓KINDLY PROVIDE ALL THE DOCUMENTS IN A4 SIZE. PLEASE DO NOT STAPLE ANY DOCUMENTS
• ✓National passport with validity of at least 3 months after the end of the planned journey
• ✓Completed and signed application form with 1 recent color photograph (5x3cm) with white background ( without glasses, hat/ cap or other head covering) glued on the application form
• ✓Application Form Filled online
• ✓Copy of the identity page of your passport and copy of the most recent Schengen visa with stamps
• ✓Covering Letter on Business Letterhead
• ✓Financial Proof : Original updated Personal bank statement for last 3 months with bank seal and signature from the authorized person from the Bank with his name and the signatures and Designation, income tax papers,
• ✓Travel Insurance
• ✓Flight Tickets
• ✓Authority Letter in case biometrics not needed and tripclub is submitting the application on behalf of the applicant.
