• Hotel confirmation & Flight booking (Onward & Return tickets are required)
• Travel plan: this document must contain applicant’s detailed travel plans in Saudi Arabia (Only for Mumbai Jurisdiction)
Proof of Solvency
• 3 months original, signed and stamped bank statement with average quarterly balanced amount of 750 USD.
• 3 months original, signed and stamped Salary Slip. (Only for Mumbai Ju-risdiction)
• If a Company bank statement is submitted, additionally an ownership / Certifi-cate of Incorporation (commercial registration) is required. (Only for Delhi Ju-risdiction)
Important Notes
- ⚠️The documents listed above are required in accordance with Saudi Arabia Immigration rules and are liable to change. Additional documents or information for visa process may be required if requested by the Mission. Documents submitted must be clear and legible.
- ⚠️Applicants between the age of 6 – 80 years old must be present in the visa application centre at the time of submission for biometrics capture.
- ⚠️Applicants can select the visa service center, as per their Invitation or Pre-approved letter is addressed to.
- ⚠️Document must be submitted in English.
- ⚠️In case of exceptions like injury to hand, additional digits on the hand or missing fingers it is mandatory to provide a medical certificate.
- ⚠️Applicants are advised not to book flight tickets before the visa is approved unless specifically requested by the Embassy.
