How do I cancel my booking?
Log in to your dashboard, open the booking, and click Cancel. Refund eligibility depends on that trip's cancellation policy.
Where is my voucher?
Vouchers are emailed 24–48 hours before the trip. You can also download them from My Bookings.
How fast will I get a reply?
Most messages are answered within 24 business hours. WhatsApp is usually fastest for quick questions.
