Master Booking Terms
Please read these terms carefully. They constitute the agreement between you (The Client) and TripClub (The Company).

Guaranteed Departure Promise
We operate every scheduled tour date. However, the transport mode adapts to the final group size. This allows us to never cancel a tour due to low participation.
Tier 1
1 - 3 PassengersPrivate Sedan, High-Speed Train, or Shuttle. Driver-Guide included.
Tier 2
4 - 9 PassengersLuxury Minivan (Mercedes V-Class or similar). Dedicated Driver-Guide.
Tier 3
10+ PassengersFull Luxury Coach. Dedicated Driver + Separate Tour Director.
Note: Itinerary content, hotels, and sightseeing remain consistent across all tiers. A change in vehicle size is not grounds for cancellation.
Land Only Packages
- International/Domestic airfares are NOT included unless stated.
- We are not responsible for missed tour starts due to flight delays.
Visa & Documentation
- Obtaining correct visas is the sole responsibility of The Client.
- Visa Rejection: Standard cancellation charges apply if less than 45 days.

Additional Operational Policies
Hotels & Taxes
We reserve the right to substitute hotels with similar categories. City Taxes/Tourism Dirhams are generally payable directly at the hotel by the client in cash.
Conduct & Punctuality
Bus departures are strict. Missed departures are the client's responsibility. Luggage limit: 1 Suitcase (23kg) + 1 Carry-on per person.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for 3rd party failures or Force Majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics). In such cases, Credit Notes may be offered instead of refunds.
Tips & Gratuities
Tips are NOT included. Suggested: $5-8/day for Driver, $8-10/day for Guide.
Specifically the 'Guaranteed Departure Transport Tiers' and 'Visa Refusal Policy'.
